The CEI - Italian Electrotechnical Committee - has awarded Engineer Marco Fontana the prestigious Giovanni Giorgi Award with the following motivation: "Marco Fontana has been President of CT 20 CEI 'Energy Cables' for almost a decade.
He has distinguished himself for his commitment to the national, European, and international regulatory world, where he has held various prestigious European and international positions, such as the presidency of TC 20 CENELEC and SC 20 B IEC 'Low voltage cables.
