The initiative was launched with the aim of highlighting the best practices in the main sectors of business.ICEL Scpa is among the 21 Romagna-based companies that have received the Excelsa – Romagna Award, an initiative by Confindustria Romagna aimed at highlighting the best practices in the main sectors of business. In particular, the Lugo-based cooperative, a producer of electrical cables, was recognized for its work in the communication and marketing sector over the past few years.
The recognition was recently received by ICEL's Managing Director, Paolo Musi, at the headquarters of the Fiera di Cesena.
"After the prestigious recognition from Deloitte, we are proud to receive further acknowledgment of the work ICEL has been doing for years,"
stated Paolo Musi. "This recognition indeed acknowledges our organization and the dedication our employees have shown in the projects developed by ICEL, which have once again led to excellent results.
"Among the numerous projects undertaken by ICEL is the development, as pioneers in the electrical materials distribution market, of a comprehensive app containing all the necessary technical-commercial and regulatory information for product management. To enhance customer interaction, a Chatbot service is being activated to provide quick and appropriate responses to customer inquiries.
Furthermore, in recent years, the Lugo-based cooperative has undertaken various initiatives to promote a greater sense of environmental responsibility, both through activities within the company and in the local community, as well as through the development of products targeting "Green" markets, such as cables for electric vehicle charging.
For ICEL, this is the second recognition this year, following the "Best Managed Companies Italia 2019" award presented by Deloitte."
