The Shareholders' Assembly on May 31st, which saw broad participation, appointed the new Board of Directors, which will remain in office until the approval of the 2019 financial statements.
The members appointed are Babini Andrea, Brignani Achille, Calamelli Mirna, Capucci Mirko, Garavini Francesco, Lacchini Mirco, Lanconelli Alberto, Mafferri Randi Ivano, and Ponseggi Lorenzo.
The newly elected Board of Directors, meeting after the Assembly, confirmed Andrea Babini as President and Lorenzo Ponseggi as Vice-President.
The newly elected Board of Directors, together with the General Manager Paolo Musi and the entire management team, will continue the strategic activities with a focus on continuity as well as development and innovation, which characterize ICEL.
