I nuovi cavi resistenti al fuoco, isolati con gomma G18, sotto guaina termoplastica M16, con conduttori flessibili per posa fissa, non propaganti l’incendio e a basso sviluppo di fumi e gas tossici e corrosivi sono adatti per installazioni a fascio in ambienti a maggior rischio in caso d’incendio per l’elevata densità di affollamento o per l’elevato tempo di sfollamento, o per l’elevato danno ad animali e cose come, ad esempio aerostazioni, stazioni ferroviarie, stazioni marittime, metropolitane, gallerie stradali e ferroviarie, come da Norma CEI 64-8:V4 sezione 751.04.3a avendo Classe di reazione al fuoco B2ca-s1a,d1,a1. Per i cavi installati in gallerie ferroviarie ricadenti nel campo di applicazione del Regolamento UE 1303/2014 si rimanda alle prescrizioni date dal regolamento stesso. Adatti in ambienti interni o esterni anche bagnati, per posa fissa in aria libera , in tubo o canaletta, su muratura e strutture metalliche o sospesa; ammessa la posa interrata. Ulteriori istruzioni e avvertenze per l’uso di questi cavi sono riportate nella norma CEI 20-67.
I cavi “noBurn” con certificazione IEMMEQU, sono marcati CEI 20-45 (PH 120) per indicare che sono resistenti al fuoco conformemente alle norme CEI EN 50200 e CEI EN 50362 che prevedono un tempo minimo di funzionamento del cavo in prova, sottoposto a fuoco diretto e shock meccanico, di 120 minuti a 820°C.

"noBurn" cables with IEMMEQU certification are CEI 20-45 (PH 120)
marked to indicate that they are fire resistant in compliance with the CEI EN
50200 and CEI EN 50362 standards according to which a minimum operating time of
120 minutes at 820 ° C of the tested cable, subject to direct fire and
mechanical shock, is required.
